The Travel Map learns from the traveller, their travel advisor, trusted hotel partners and every completed journey. Artificial intelligence helps identify patterns and opportunities, while human judgement remains at the centre of every recommendation.
When a new request arrives, the Travel Map is matched against curated collections, preferred partner relationships and first-hand destination knowledge. The objective is never the most profitable journey — but the journey most likely to deliver the greatest personal pleasure.
